New Website! 10/12/2010
We are so excited to have a new website and so grateful to Shonna Humphrey for all her hard work putting this together. This year the board of directors has two goals or missions, to continue fund raising to keep the Shelter going and do everything within our power to find new homes for the animals that come into our care. Having a new website is number one on the list of tools that will help us find homes. This will allow us to post photos on a daily basis if we need do, remove photos when an animal has been placed, give you some information on a pet's temperament or special needs, it's just the best opportunity for us to "get the word out" so we hope you check into the website daily and follow us as we work to find new homes for the homeless. If you want to know how you can help, please add us to your facebook page, recommend us to your friends, email your friends if you think they might like a particular dog or cat that we have for adoption. We can also use volunteers to walk dogs, clean cages, run errands, work at fund raisers, so any time you have a spare hour, just call the shelter, I'm sure they'll have a project for you. Thanks for tuning in, we look forward to bringing you success stories, photos, updates, and being one of the sites that you check daily for news about southern Aroostook pets and those who love and care for them.
